MY ORDER GOT LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

WHILE THAT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE, ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES MY HANDS THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT I CAN DO.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

I TRY TO GET ORDERS SHIPPED OUT AS QUICKLY POSSIBLE. SOMETIMES I GET THINGS SHIPPED OUT THE SAME OR NEXT DAY, SOMETIMES IT TAKES UP TO A WEEK DEPENDING ON MY CURRENT WORKLOAD. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ASKING ME WHERE YOUR ORDER IS UNLESS IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK.

- WHAT DO YOU PRINT ON?

MOST OF THE TIME I PRINT ON COMFORT COLORS BUT I WILL ALSO PRINT ON LOS ANGELES APPAREL OR SHAKA FOR SHIRTS. HOODIES ARE USUALLY ON CHAMPION, OCCASIONALLY I WILL ALSO OFFER INDEPENDENT.

- WILL YOU REPRINT ____?

THAT ENTIRELY DEPENDS ON THE DEMAND AND HOW QUICKLY SOMETHING SOLD OUT. IF IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO SELL OUT, IT'S LIKELY NOT WORTH IT FINANCIALLY FOR ME TO REPRINT IT. I USUALLY TRY TO SPACE OUT REPRINTS BY A COUPLE MONTHS.
